Bobby’s in the Running for EY’s EOY 2023
Bobby Idogho, CEO and Founder of Radically was just named as a finalist in the 2023 Ernst & Young’s (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Recognised in the London and South East category, the programme celebrates the brightest, boldest and best business leaders; those stirring things up and making the right moves to grow their own companies and effect a positive impact on society.
His shortlisting comes as no surprise to everyone at Radically Digital, as we witness Bobby’s infectious enthusiasm, drive to succeed and, most importantly, passion to do business better, on a daily basis. However, his hard work and dedication towards making the company one of the most diverse companies in the UK is, perhaps, less known outside the organisation. We hope his participation in this scheme will help showcase his many talents and his growing reputation as an original and progressive thinker.
Since Radically Digital’s 2019 foundation, he has led the company to astounding success in a mere four years. It’s led us to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands and positioned us for further, international expansion in the near future. Not only that but he’s also driven this success back into the business itself, investing in the team to ensure the company’s founding ethos of inclusivity principles remains woven through our DNA as we grow.

The latest example of this is our RAD Academy, in which Bobby has taken a prominent role in developing, promoting and delivering. For him it presents an opportunity to give something back to society, offering recruitment opportunities to non-traditional applicants for tech roles, broadening the talent pool to encourage greater diversity. It’s yet another string on an ever-growing bow of accomplishments and initiatives that have contributed to Bobby’s consideration as this year’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
But this is only the beginning. There will be another round of assessments over the spring, whittling down the regions to achieve a UK-wide shortlist of 2023’s cream of the crop, before going to the grand prize, announced at a glittering gala in November.
With fingers, and toes, crossed, the whole team is behind Bobby and rooting for him every step of the way. Go Bobby!
