- Re-architect the chatbot to decouple it from their current system
- Restructure the team and helping the client develop the chatbot on a global scale
- Create a proxy to allow integration with more sensitive systems allowing the call centre agents to provide even more services
- Reduced application size and caching to allow call centre agents in India and Africa load the application faster
