How does the process work?
ApplicationOnce you’ve submitted your CV, you’ll be asked to submit a video interview.
Screening CallYou’ll meet our Talent team, share introductions and find out more about RAD and the programme.
Take Home TaskYou could be asked to complete a take home technical task as preparation for the assessment day.
Assessment DayIn-person, you’ll be assessed in a group activity and technical interview.

When do applications close?
Applications close on at the end of December.
When does the graduate program start?
September 2023.
How long does the process take?
The full process will take approximately 3 months to complete.
If I’m unsuccessful, can I re-apply?
Yes
Can I apply to multiple roles?
Yes you can. You won’t need to make multiple applications, just inform us in the cover letter section of your application that you’re interested in multiple roles and ensure you submit the additional application material for all desired roles."
