Co-founder & CEO
Born in Nigeria, he moved to Ireland aged 7. As one of the early black families in his town, he learnt from a young age the importance culture, diversity and inclusion play in shaping a community. Graduating from Trinity College Dublin he developed a name for himself in the consulting and technology industries by quickly rising through the ranks in global firms such as Deloitte and AND Digital. His innovation and vision has been recognised by organisations such as Forbes (30 under 30) as well as the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Co-founder & CTO
Born South African, he understands the importance embracing culture and diversity, and the role it plays in creating a functional society.As a qualified Mechanical Engineer, his early experience was spent as a consultant for companies like AB Inbev and Mars Foods, designing and developing complex control systems. In 2016 he decided to focus on Software Engineering and Product Development. After working at AND Digital and Slalom Consulting, he started to conceptualize the vision of creating a people first company that values professional authenticity.
